It is the second largest resort in Colorado. It has a vertical drop of 1350 meters. There are a plethora of bars and nightclubs in and around town. This offers a spicy variety to the place. The nightlife is absolutely exciting. The upscale shops on the slopes sell a variety of things and are good for both, shopping and window-shopping. You can go there to see or to be seen. However, it's worth every penny you spend at the resort. The area also offers excellent terrain with the longest run of five kilometers. Overall, the resort has 272 hectares with 76 trails of intermediate, advanced, and expert terrain. There are eight high-tech lifts connecting the different ski slopes. These lifts can transport around 10,755 skiers per hour. Skiing season is essentially from mid-November to mid-April.

Aspen skiing is a thrill for varying skill levels of skiers. All the slopes offer the best opportunities for experienced skiers whereas intermediate skiers can avail of thirty-five percent of the ski trails. However, the resort does not offer any chance for snowboarding. Other than skiing, the resort offers a plethora of entertainments like ice-skating, ice-fishing, sleigh riding, snowcat powder skiing, snowshoe tours, snowmobiling, mountaineering, and indoor tennis too. You can enjoy excellent nightlife with many pubs, restaurants, bars, and other avenues too.
